Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing milk and feeding baby (formula or breast milk)
Bringing baby to mother if baby is exclusively breastfed and bottle not yet introduced
Sterilising bottles and feeding equipment
Changing nappies and disposing of accumulated nappies
Bathing & clothing
Establishing sleep routine (for booking of 2 weeks +)
Keeping the infant's environment clean and a suitable temperature
Monitoring and reporting feed/sleep patterns
Providing support to the parents and advocating for maternal mental health
Offering advice and practical solutions around feeds and sleep difficulties

Depending on whether the booking is a day/night, additional services will be adapted to the needs of each family.

Light housekeeping and cooking are additional services offered to live-in clients (for bookings of 2+ weeks)
